The RCL at Phambili High School is the official voice of our students, representing their interests and promoting leadership. Elected from various grades, RCL members work with school management to support learner well-being, discipline, and school improvement.

The council empowers learners to develop key skills such as responsibility, communication, and teamwork. Through active involvement, they help drive student-led initiatives and uphold the school’s values of respect, excellence, and accountability.
